Notes: Real Life obligations has kept June from being anywhere near as productive as May was. That being said, I did get a lot of writing done. In particular, I’m glad to have gotten through the morning and afternoon of Day 4, both of which ended up being a huge tangle of possible choices and results. (I really need to find a way of doing flowcharts in order to plan these things out.)
Boy, I don’t think I knew what I was getting into when I started this. Wrote another masturbation scene, and it felt incredibly awkward to do so. As it’ll likely be one of many to come, I can’t say I’m looking forward to tackling the others.
Filled out a bit more of the missing scenes for the first two days as well. There are still more missing, but I’ll be adding those in as I go along and need a change of pace from the other scenes I’m writing.
Hope you don’t mind Cynthia, as most of the scenes I had to write for this update feature her.
• Lots of planning work: Figuring out the scheduling system, character stats and as many story scenarios that might influence their design.
• New scene: Day 1 – Brook in the club
• New scene: Day 1 – Laila in the club
• New scene: Day 2 – Laila at the bonfire
• Reworking Day 3 night time events and Day 4 morning.
• Worked on various Day 4 scenes (morning prep, various work events and evening events).
• Fleshed out more supporting character concepts and worked on designs.
• Exploring texture modding for renders in order to avoid some repetitive Photoshop work.
• Figuring out more Ren’Py/Python for easier branching and special effects.
